Learn with Spirit offers self-paced online courses for contemplative study. Courses are sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime access — there is no subscription or recurring fee. Some lessons are marked as free previews and can be viewed without a purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by Clerk. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Prices are shown at checkout in [USD]. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; by completing a purchase you authorize the charge. Applicable taxes may be added. You are responsible for any charges incurred under your account.

If you’re not satisfied, contact support@learnwithspirit.com within [14] days of purchase and we’ll review your request. Where a refund is granted, access to the corresponding course is revoked. [Describe any exceptions, e.g., courses substantially completed.]

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access the course content for as long as we continue to offer it. You may not download, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share the content, and you may not share your account with others.

Where an instructor provides a course, they retain ownership of their content and grant us a license to host and deliver it to enrolled learners; instructors are responsible for the content they publish.

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute content, or share account credentials.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security or operation.

Course content is provided for educational and reflective purposes only and is not medical, psychological, financial, or professional advice. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your account page.

We may update the service and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
