How does access work?
Courses are a one-time purchase with lifetime access — buy once and keep it. There’s no subscription or recurring fee.
What does “lifetime access” mean?
Once you buy a course it stays in your library for as long as it’s available on Spirit — there’s no time limit and nothing to renew. You can revisit lessons and re-watch videos whenever you like.
Can I try a course before buying?
Yes. Lessons marked “preview” are free to watch — just sign in first (creating an account is free) so we can save your place. Browse the course catalog to find preview lessons.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your full card details.
Do you offer subscriptions or memberships?
No. We intentionally keep it simple: pay once for a course and keep lifetime access — no monthly fees.
Can I get a refund?
If a course isn’t the right fit, email support@learnwithspirit.com within 14 days and we’ll review it. See our Terms for details.
How do I watch my lessons?
Sign in and open your dashboard — your enrolled courses and next lesson are there, and your progress is saved as you go.
A video won’t play — what should I do?
First try refreshing the page. If it still won’t load, email support@learnwithspirit.com with the course and lesson name and we’ll look into it.
How do I export or delete my data?
From your account page you can download a copy of your data or permanently delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for what we store and why.
